How’s Today empowers employees to provide feedback about their workplaces privately, while helping managers proactively keep track of their company culture & employee sentiment.
How’s Today occasionally prompts employees about their goals, workplace, job, management, office upkeep, etc. as a means to help managers proactively learn about how employees feel about their jobs and work environment.
The answers to these questions are sent to client-dedicated groups of mental health & managerial professionals that analyze and develop reports based on employee answers, to then be forwarded privately to relevant management as a weekly report of feedback, suggestions, strategies, and industry best practices.
This allows for employees to offer suggestions, give feedback on ways their work environment can improve, voice specific concerns about management or company operation and overall keep employees engaged by allowing for them to be heard, while freeing up some of management’s time.
